The Botox Breast Procedure is the newest trend in “natural” breast enhancement and is now on the list of popular cosmetic procedures. By injecting botox around the muscles of the breast (not the breast itself) it weakens those muscles and the muscles in the shoulders and back work harder at improving your posture, which in turn helps the appearance of your bustline.
Unfortunately, this works best on A and B cup women and those with larger breasts and a more serious sag problem are still either forking out the big bucks for surgery or having to find an alternative.
The price of these injections can be as high as $2,000 and only last 4 to 6 months. If you think this alternative is a more “natural” approach you might consider the risks of botox.
Botox is a powerful, paralyzing poison that when taken in small regulated doses, can be used for medical purposes such as to decrease perspiration. But one of the biggest problems with botox is that it can shift and move to another part of the body. Paul Moniz of CBS reports of one women who had the botox injections to decrease wrinkles for a smoother face and had the botox shift and cause asymmetry and drooling. It was an agonizing 6 months before her face got back to normal. We still don’t know the long term effects of the repeated use of botox.
So if you want to perk up your breasts with good posture just exercise! It’s much cheaper and healthier for you and the results last much longer. When it comes to posture, not all exercise programs are alike though, and the one I really can recommend whole heartedly is Teresa Tapp’s T-Tapp. I’ve done these exercises for years and when done consistently will improve many areas of your health besides posture such as IBS, hormone balancing and much more.
